Email button for Acrobat Reader users

I can't seem to find an answer to my problem.
Please advice.
This code works if the user has Full Acrobat, but what should I do if they only have Reader??

this.mailDoc(true, "name@address.com", "", "", "Subject");

As the Acrobat Help says and every thread I have seen here, I have put the code in a button with a Javascript action...
I am using Acrobat 4.0, but all my users have Reader, whatever version they have downloaded.

Reader does not support the mailDoc or mailForm methods. Ahhhhh, I see you have a machine that goes Bing!
