Email address generation

hi all,

anybody knows how can i customize e-mail address (unattend mode)

example: i have create an account with logon name ppippo
the address associated it's ppippo@domain.com.
i need, when i create a user, that the e-mail address must be name.surname@domain.com.

any idea?
