Emacs trouble with libXaw.so.6

Recently I've been trying to install Boutell's 'gd' and after installing the truetyp-libraries and such I get the following error trying to start emacs:<br><br>/usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object libXaw.so.6 not found<br><br>Why? and what must I do?<br>(Running FreeBSD 3.3)

The strange thing is that emacs worked as it should when I logged into the server a few hours later.<br>I'm the only one who's using the command line so there's something spooky about it.
