ELU 34 problem (Mx-one 4.1sp3)

Hi Guys,
wondered if anybody came across any problems with ELU34's (almost everyone at some stage) :) but on 4.1 sp3. Where you are unable to break DT intermittently?
F/W is latest R8D.
Was grasping at straws with parnum 243?? :S

Next step... trace -dir xxxxx
