elm in batch mode , attachment

Hi, my elm statement in script doesn’t want to attach file, giving me a :
<Can't specify an included file in batch mode>
Anybody can point me to right point ?

elm -s &quot;$ATTFILE&quot; -i $ATTFILE -a $MAILTO < $BODY >>$LOGFIL
