Elite 192 login trouble

we have SAT and an ELITE 192. We open SAT and enter PASSWORD. then we try to connect to the switch and the SAT says "Passwod is no good" and we ccannot connect.

we've never put in a security password in the 192 so we can't figure out what is wrong.

how can we get back into SAT!

okay, i got it, we went into LK1,LK8,17, there was no password, but we cleared it and now SAT works.

Is this a known bug?
