eliminate duplicate address query

Hi - this may be easier than I think. I have a query from a table that contains student information. I want only one student per household in my report. Is there a way I can use the [Address1] field and print only one student per address in report use the [Student Id] or [Age] as a qualifier? The final report should include all students in a class with no siblings AND for those students who do have (duplicate addresses or "siblings") the query will select the smallest [Student Id].
