I have a customer with a bcm 50e 3.0 that is patched. they have the EM on their PC and it works fine. the issue is when she logs into her pc remotely she can't use the element Manager, it will not log in when she goes through citrix to use her pc desktop. Any ideas why or has this happened to anyone else. thanks
