Electra Elite IPK Change Ext Number 2

I have been asked to change the extension number of 1100 to 1800 on a NEC Electra Elite IPK.
I am able to get into the Progamming mode.
Now i just need the commands to finsh the job.

Press Feature+4 on phone to find port number.
In programming, press LK4 then dial 10.
Use * button to scroll backward to port (all the way left).
Enter port number found from phone.
Enter new extension number.
Be sure there is not another set with same number.
Don't know how big your system is, or how your numbering plan is set up, or if you have LCR activated, or if you use prime lines, but be careful of numbering conflicts so the system doesn't think you are dialing a toll free number.

What you have given to me has worked out fine!
BUT!
Ext 1000 to 1020 are not able to see 1800.
I checked to make sure LK4 17 Station to Class of Service Feature Assignment is set to '00'

I am able to dial out from 1800 to outside line but not able to receive calls from inside 4 digit numbers.

What am I missing?

You need to go to MB 1-1-47 and make 18 = 001
