Quick, and hopefully simple question:
Does the boot.ini recognise the EISA partition, ie, I have two partitions, c: and d:, as well as the EISA partition on the hard disk of a server which has recently died. I restored it, but now can't boot the thing (inaccessible boot device). I also didn't see the boot.ini before the server died, so I'm not sure what it looked like when the machine was working.
So, if 2k is installed on c:, should my boot.ini point to partition(1) or partition(2)?
Hope someone can help,
Chris
