Is there something like a Nortel BCM for Dummies available? The docs are too operational and don't go into theory/principles behind it. I'd like to learn more about the organization and purposes of various objects and sub systems in the BCM.

I've been through three different ones in the last year, and I could use an assistance manual as well. However, it is not exclusive to Nortel.....Avaya's documentation sucks even worse. In the eight years that I have been doing this, I have found more solutions on TekTips than any manual. You can read the manuals all week, but the best knowledge comes from people that have been there. Thanks again for everyones help so far.
