ive been emailed a whole application in the C+ language, i would like to start learning and looking into this simple applications background...

how should i go about doing so? what applications do i need?

thanks,

Luke

Since you ask in the Microsoft: Visual C++ Forum I assume that you got Visual C++ code, and consquently I'd recommend you to use Visual Studio [spineyes]

Nerdy signatures are as lame as the inconsistent stardates of STTNG.

ok, what version of the product is best? will this compile the source code to the complete application? its a working source...

thanks!

Luke

Perhaps you should ask the one who emailed you the code.
