Editing Sites with Frontpage 2003

I'm trying to edit a WSS 3 site with Frontpage 2003 but get the following error: "This website has been configured to disallow editing with Frontpage"

Anyone seen this and can tell me how to fix it?

You need the new Microsoft Office Sharepoint Designer to edit WSS 3.0 pages.

This is the 2007 version of Front Page. MS changed the name of Front Page for the 2007 release
