editing preview page

I have two pages, one is the form where you input data and the other is where you preview the data that you inputed. On the second page, I want the user to go back to the first page to edit the information that they input but should still have the same data that they input.

You need to be able to send information from one page to the other. There are four ways of doing this (according to 4guys...). Which way you choose will depend on your personal preference and requirements. Read about the methods here...

use input type=hidden in the preview populated with the information from the prior page, when you click edit ( submit ) just pass the data back to it,

OR

load the preview into external page with a posting, target="_blank"

then the preview is open as well as the edit, they can clean it up and re-preview
