I'm editing a large site that has over 260 image files on their own pages. I want to add links to all the images but I don't want to have to edit each page individually. I already use the 'find/replace' command, but how do i search for and replace coding that has changing contents? (i.e. image01.jpg, image02.jpg... etc.)

find same content in the different files u mean? did u try "ctrl F" and find all files?

You either do a find>replace for each image :-( or build an include file wi links to all images and then do a find>replace to put that into each page [thumbsup2] The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made.

basically, I've got 22 galleries with 12 images each. Each gallery has a different sponsor. I want to make the images clickable with links to their respective sponsors. but, I do not want to edit each page individually. the find/replace tool works well if the code is exactly the same in each document, but this isn't the case with changing file names. (i.e. image01.jpg, image02.jpg... etc)

can i search using a wildcard operator for the file names? is there an add-on that can do this?
