Recently I built 2 systems in one week with this motherboard. One contains an AMD Athlon 2200+ (256mb pc133 memory) and a 2400+ (Kingston 512mb PC2100) processor. I used a Geforce video card on each of the systems and they seem to be fine. To avoid problems when you install the Windows 2000 Pro, the best way to go is to flash it using the latest bios updates. I had a bit of problem getting the windows website to detect updates needed for the system after I loaded the OS. Flashing the bios before loading the OS did wonders for it. Also make use of that CD that comes with the motherboard, just pop in the CD once windows is done loading. Please excuse my post if this has been posted before. Happy building.

The newest version of the BIOS just got released (08/11/03). If anyone who had a problem with losing their CMOS randomnly on their ECS K7S5A Pro motherboard has tried this new bios. Please let me know if it fixed your problem. Thanks.
