ECRM REMOTE USERS LOSE CONNECTION

Running ACCPAC/ECRM using TS win 2000. My remote users keep losing their connection. Have installed a new machine to ensure it is not the machine or remote OS. Running XP Prof on remote machine. Any ideas

Are they loosing the connection to TS or to eCRM?

I have a feeling it is the version of VPN I am using (GNAT) . Will try a new/updated version and let you know.

Problem solved. The time out settings on vpn client were low.
