Echoing on IP Trunks

We have recently had IP trunks installed by Avaya to use as a DCS link. When making and receiving calls over the link it has been noted that the sound is echoed and distorted but only at one site. The remaining site receives perfectly clear transmission. Has anyone out there had a similar experience which has been solved?

FYI we are using two G3Rs running version 9r.05.0.122.2 software.

Hi,

If you have a look in "disp sys features", ensure that echo cancellation as an option is turned on.
