Anyone had this issue?
I have 3 different sites that we have 1 or 2 5410 sets that the caller is getting an echo when they dial out. all 3 IPO's are 406v2 and the ext's are not tried to any particular module. It is a quick echo, not latent and it mostly happens on outgoing calls. The are going out of a PRI in all cases and we have already replaced the phone at 2 of the sites.
