I have a client with a 403 and 4620 IP phones remote. I recently upgraded them from 2.1 to 3.2. Since the upgrade, 1 of the remote users is experiencing echo on external calls for the first few seconds. After that, he is fine - but the first few seconds of every call has severe echo. It is only on calls to the PSTN, if he calls anyone else in the office - there are no problems. It is only this one person, and only since the 3.2 upgrade, which is puzzling since there are 5 remote phones in total. Ideas?
