Ecas without LAN?

We have a customer that will not allow us to put the ECAS on their LAN. They had a Definity with ECAS on serial port and replaced with the IPO. Is there any way to hook up ECAS to IP 500 without using the LAN?

I dont know of a way but you could put a 2nd NIC in the ECAS server and connect it directly to the LAN on the IPO.

eCAS works best when used in conjunction with Delta Server. Have DS collect SMDR, eCAS read from resulting file. As Kevin suggests - make a second LAN that consists of the eCAS/Delta Server machine(s) only.
