Avaya S8700 w/software version CM 1.1.3 R011x.7585.7.0.2 / eCAS 3.1
So, we've got eCAS loaded up but it's not connecting to the PBX. Using the switch wizard to connect we keep getting this error messages: Server connection attempt from unknown switch. No CDR deletion will be performed until CDR are archived.
Any thoughts??
