EC500 to Long Distance Cell

Is it possible to ec500 to a long distance cell phone? Local works fine for me but having trouble with a LD cell.

Yes you can. Just use the format 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Do not place a 9 in front. I use it that way all the time.

Anyone else having problems with incoming calls not going to cell with ec500 depending on Long Distance vs. Locally originated call?

It seems all calls that are originated locally extend to my cell, but calls that are coming in from outside my calling area do not extend to cell.

All calls come in on same trunk group, we have a single T-1 for DID and outgoing L/D.
