Hello All,

I am running a CM system with EC500 installed.
Was wondering how i can change the amount of rings i get on my cell phone before it covers to Audix voicemail?
Currently,
When i receive a call at my desk, it rings once or twice, then covers to my cell phone which will ring only twice then cover to the Audix voicemail.

Let me know,
any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!

Simply change the number of rings on your deskphone's coverpath (ch cov path xxxx)

Just make sure that the ringtime doesn't exceed the time it takes for your cellphone to go to voicemail, otherwise your caller will never get to audix but will get your cell's voicemail....
(You can change that time with a *(something) with your cell-provider, or switch off your cell's voicemail altogether...)

Sekitori

Thanks.
That pretty much took care of what I needed.

One odd thing though,
I just noticed that I have my station programmed to NOT COVER after forwarding. Yet It is still covering to voicemail.
Usually, on page 2 of the station display, you can select, NO, SYSTEM, YES for "COVERAGE AFTER FORWARD"

Why would my calls still be going to AUDIX if I have it selected as NO?

I think this applies to the situation when a call is forwarded TO your station, not when your station is forwarded....

Not sure though..

regards,
Sekitori
