EC500 help

I have enable EC500 and have a question on sending caller ID info to the users cellphone. Currently all I am able to get is the main DID that that the G3 v11 currently send which is our main number.

Your trunk may be configured by bell to send out the main number for all call.

Attitude is everthing.

You can try changing the Configuration Set to 2 (under station options) on the first page of the EC500 Xmobile station you assigned. I use EC500 and will recieve callers extension numbers on my cell phone. Hope this helps.
