I used the EC500 method to block an incmoing call. works great! however it works on the main number and DID's (our local PRI), but if you call our 800# which comes in on a seprate circuit/trunk group to a DNIS, it doesn't work.

any ideas?
Thanks!

Why are you using EC500? Setup a VDN and vector for all the DNIS numbers you want to block... EC stands for extension to cellular, it's supposed to be used to extend a call out to a cell phone or other phone number...

we don't have the ANI treatment for vectoring turned on. so not an option
thanks!

don't delete...not sure what you mean..to route the EC500 to the incoming trunk group routing, can you elaborate?
The trunk it comes in on is a tie trunk not ISDN/PRI, so not sure if that changes what you were going to suggest

THanks...
