Hi Guys,

I'm planning to configure ec500 for 1000 users. Is bulk import possible in CM? And if yes, whats the best way? Through ASA? or a simple notepad?

If you use Avaya Site Administrator. Then there is an import function for off-bx station mapping.

I had the same question. I see Import for Off-PBX station. My question is this? If I have a lot to import, I only see the change command, as that's how you do Off-PBX Station: Do you need to export everything, and then, re-add it all with the additions? I'm worried that if I change with just the new additions, it will wipe out the mapping already there

Thanks you,
James

Yes it's a change command to add.

I guess, I know it's a change command, I don't think I worded it correctly.

Will I need to reimport everything when I want to "change" some new ones into the table? Or can I just change the new ones into the table by importing with out affecting the existing entries?

Just import what you need, it won't wipe out what's already there. Of course, I would also export what you currently have so that you have a backup.

Thanks for the assistance. It worked great. I appreciate the assistance!
