EC 500 problem.

Hi everyone,

I have ec500 setup on an extension.
Cell phone number 555-xxxx
When the station is called I trace it and the number inserts a 1.
so now my ars routes it to a different pattern thinking the number is 1555-xxxx and that trunk group doesn't want to see the 1.
I have been able to place the entire cell number in my ARS and then route to a pattern where I can delete the 1.
Works fine.
Well I would like not to have to put each cell number in my ARS.
Any way to just get rid of the 1?

Got it..
Had to remove the 1 from Off-Pbx-telephone station mapping prefix table.
