EC-500 problem with CM 1.2

Here goes,

I've got EC-500 set up on a switch with CM 1.2. Everything is working ok except for 1 person who has two IP phones. If he has received an EC-500 call on his cell, and wants to go back to his desk to finish the conversation, he cannot pickup the call appearance even though it is lit. Somehow the two IP phones are bridged, although I'm not sure how.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you explain what you mean by "he has 2 ip phones"? Does have 2 IP phones that he logs in and out of? Or is he "logged in" to both IP phones somehow all the time?
