EC=1314 Arcserve 2000 Exchange 2000 SP3

All,

I'm having the usual EC=1314 problem with Arcserve 2000 (Sp3 Exchange dba) and Exchange 2000 SP3, Windows 2000 SP4 trying to configure brick level backup. I have followed all the articles in tek-tips and got nowhere.

This is the current config

Local and Domain account created with Log on locally, act as part of operating system and Log on as a service. The accounts are domain admins and local admins and backup operators etc. with the primary group set as domain admins. The account has full exchange admins permissions in the organisation. Outlook 2000 is installed on the server.

Logging on both as the local account and domain account still gives EC=1314.

Does anyone have any ideas.

If exchange server installed on Memeber server create the same Domain Account localy with same password.

I have created the local account as recommended and still the same. This one really is puzzling.
