Eavesdropping

I suspect that a certain individual in the IS department is eavesdropping on other employee's conversations; specifically on people in our sales area. Is there anyway to find out if this is being done? Can this be done at the phone itself or can this only be done at the phone switch? Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
 
Check in the COR form of that extension, in the fild "Can be a service observer" put 'no'. Than on the system parameters feauteres on page 8 in the field "Service Observing:Warning tone? put 'y' so the oder party can hear that somebody else is on line.
 
Also, (not likely, but...) just confirm there are no bridged appearances for any sales agents on any other phones throughout the company. (You can do this by: "list usage extension XXXX"). Again, not likely but possible.
