Easy way to purge all message pending for submissions?

The short answer is no.
You can write a script to do it for you, but the small hang you get when running the script would be the smal as if you do it manually.
This shouldn't be something you have to do very often, if it is you have something wrong with your setup and you should look into fixing the problem rather than making your work around (deleting the messages) faster.
