Easy way to change Gateway and DNS over network

Looking for an easy way out. I want to distribute a hack to change the default gateway and DNS servers to specific PCs, not the entire network. I can control the distribution part, but need assistance with the method (hack). This sure would beat walking to dozens of PCs spread out across a facility just to point them somewhere else.
Any help appreciated.
