Easy Shell Change for users

In our domain, we have been forcing a change in our Win XP Pro boxes to the Classic Shell.

The Powers That Be have decided that going forward we should give our staff the option of being class or xp shell, but that the default of XP will be the regular default.

BUT - the big issue here is that far too many of our staff are completely PC illiterate - does anyone know of a script that will allow a user class account to change their own start menu and performance settings?

Can you experiment with setting XP to its Default (pretty) view and either Disabling the Theme Service for a Classic view, or Enabling it to keep the "pretty" view?
