I have a comment field that is optional. So I have records that are blank. The field type is memo. I want the query to only display the fields that have data in them. I have tried <>"null" but it is not working. Any ideas?

Thanks

I had tried that and it did not work. This information is being inserted from a web form. I am not sure what the problem is. Thanks

sorry to question this but you have used

IS NOT NULL rather than <>NULL

failing that, maybe you are inserting a space rather than a null - try <>" "

The <>"" got it. Thanks alot.
