How do I force a replication between two servers? Thanks.

Meaning you are just setting this up, or you have it working and just need to force it this once? Anyway. . . If the dir rep connectors are set up (after you verified mail flow of course), on the Sites tab of the dir rep connectors is a button that says Request now. If that is grayed out, go to the server object for each server in site and then to Directory Service object and do Check Now and Update Now (if available). Then try again with the Request Now. You should see "stubs" quite quickly, but full replication could take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days. This is for intersite.
Within a site, the Check Now and Update Now serve that purpose.
