Easiest way to Link tables in datagrids

I am very new, just joined this forum.
.Net amazed me at how flexible the datagrid can be manipulated in many ways without coding. The expressions created on the dataset columns are very active on the datagrid.
I have cracked my head for two weeks looking for the expression that will convey information from a column in table2 to table1 in order that this may also appear active in my datagrid.
I could be growing old or MS forgot somthing very important.

Please help me solve this problem.

Paul...are you looking for a way for the grid to act as a parent-child grid, in a similar way to a tree control?

Well no in the relation table1 = many table2 = one
The datagrid holds table2 information and I am trying to display a column with data on table1 actively.

you mean ...yes that is it i did not get it! is this possible.
