Easiest way to forward all calls to external number?

WHat is the easiest and quickest way to forward all my numbers to external number? Create an extension with unconditional forwarding and use the ICR to forward all lines to that extension?

I need and quick and dirty because our PORTing request took a shit.

Make on incoming call route (delete the rest) and point it to the external number.

Leave the DDI blank so it matches everything.

If it is a ISDN trunk then put a shortcode in the trunk:

SC = ?
TN = destination number without prefixes
Action = Dial
Line ID = the outgoing ID of this line.

All calls will go direct external without going through ICR or whatever.
