Easiest way to connect to DAC Easy Perv. SQL 7.9 ?

We want to connect using Access 2003
or VB6 or VB.NET

Access - ODBC - Link Tables
VB6 - Btrieve API, ODBC (ADO, DAO, RDO, ODBC API), OLEDB, ActiveX
VB.NET - Btrieve API (not real easy), ODBC, OLEDB.

If you were using V8, you could add Managed Provider to the list for VB.NET.

What do you have?

We have DAC Easy 13 and Pervasive SQL 7.9
We might be ordering ODBC

Again my newbie-ness is...
Whats the differnce between ODBC and OLEDB?
do we order different drivers??
