E_Fail Status

Has anyone ever had an E_Fail status? Any ideas on what causes this and how you rectify it?

This has happened on a test table of mine - and for future reference I would like to know how to prevent this or fix it if it occurs again on a live table.

Are you getting any errors in the SQL Error Log about this table ?? Can you read any data from it ?
