Can someone provide information on setting up E911 to hit my security office phone at the same time it goes to the local police? This is not for IP phones.

1. cha ars ana 9 - change the "Call Type" for your 911 calls to "alrt".
2. cha sys crisis and set "Alert Station - Every user responds" and "Alert Pager" to yes or no, depending on your needs.
3. cha stat XXXX and add a "crss-alert" button to your security office phone.
