E911 Crisis Alert to Second Pager Fails

We have implemented E911 Crisis alert. We have a number of digital stations with the CrisisAlert button. We also wanted to have two pagers notified when 911 is dialed.

Only the first pager listed receives the page. I flopped the numbers and still only the first pager gets it. There is no PIN number. Looking at call accounting I see where station 1999 siezes two separate trunks at the same time as you would expect.

In the past we have run into situations were expected pages where lost due to digits being sent too fast/soon and being interpreted as commands vs data. I don't see alot of opportunity to intersperse pauses here.

I could ensure that the pages go out over copper trunks to slow call setup. I hate testing owing to calling 911. I would like to hear from someone who either does this successfully or sees a problem with what I have done.
