E8511 Failed to connect with client agent (Brighstor v9)

First of all, excuse my english, I don´t write so fluently.
I had installed Brighstor V9 for Windows and in addition one agent for Netware. It means, that the agent try to connect to manager server and it couldn´t and hang up by time out. In CA support I found something like this but it´s for an old ArcServe version.

Can you browse the NetWare server in the backup window?
Check for updates?
Check the NW Agent activity log.
Stop and restart the agent.
 
David, I did it but, it´s the same end.
Do you now the last patchs for this????
CA don´t answer me in this point

The place to look for the latest update on any CA product is
There is a drop down product list, pick BrightStor ARCserve and you are at it's support page. Here is the link

It does not list an update for the NW Agent.

Can you browse the NetWare server in the backup window?
What does the agent log report?
 
I always use "system security" with agents. In plain English, it is an account on the LOCAL machine (i.e. the client) that has access (i.e. admin or backup op) on that machine; it does not have to be a network account.

Of course I'm hoping to receive more suggestions in order to find the solutions.

I have a new situation here.
Now the agent connects to the main server and began to backup the netware, but it means that in the middle of this proccess hanged up, and it´s impossible to stoped this job in the agent. The problem is that any other job could began to run.
In summary, I can´t do my NW backup.
I ask; could be a network problem, or some NW parameter which I don{t know?
I have a great disadvantage, I only now a little to work with novell.
