Hello there
i just started my job in a new company and try to fix there backup problem, cause this is now most important than anything else which is also not running proberly here.
I get all the time a job is running, this error:
4102 Unable to open database. (DATABASE=astpsdat, EC=** unable to locate a file [-16] (165-457-1) - c:\arscerver\database\astpsdat.000)
I looked at the Directory and so the message is clear, there is no such file, what should i do in that case has anyone an idea.
I also get very often an E6300 Error message wich says SCSI PORT ERROR, the driver of the tape is 1.4, it is a quantum dlt8000 tape from HP, i could update Firmware driver and also the Service Packs of the System cause it is NT4.0 no SP, but now comes the Problem, this server is the IIS, EXCHANGE, AND FILE AND PRINTSERVER, so now anyone know to touch this system could burn my fingers
what is the way anyone of you would go ?
thanks in forehand
ciao joe
