E3711 Unable to open session

Arcserve 2000 running on windows2K server connected to compaq tl895 library through fiber. At least one job per night gets E3711 Unable to open session (EC=MAXIMUM DEVICES REACHED)I have seven groups sharing the TL895. Backups are scheduled to start at 9pm and need to finish by 5am. I have searched the CA site with absolutley no luck! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
