Trying to restore a XLS file but its prompting with this message, no groups have been changed, not sure why I am getting this message.

I cannot reboot this server, I have tried stopping and starting the services.

Any suggestions!?

The log may tell you what device group it is looking for. It will probably be different from what is listed. Try creating a device group with the name specified in the log and try the restore. If it is the same group, you would need to put the tape engine into debug to try and get more information as to what is happening.

Would you mind running through the steps involved? In the activity lot it is referring to a Group=<none>. What do you suggest? How do I put the tape engine into debug mode?
