I am using R12 as my backup server with sp1 installed. I have a vanilla 11.5 agent that has been installed using the 11.5 base install. I have installed the windows agent and the sql agent on the client (nt4 sp6). I have the management utilities and backup server installed on a windows 2008 server.
For some reason, no matter what I do I cannot seem to get the windows agent to back things up. I tried to install the license on the server and when I do that it shows up, but then disappears when I go to view my licenses again.
Seems kind of strange because the sql agent is working fine it's just the windows agent.
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong here?
