E2k to E2003 migration

Hi

I want to migrate from e2k to e2003, I will most probably be getting a new server to put e2003 on, so I can migrate mail boxes bit by bit.

what is the best way to go about doing this?

Is there a tool in e2003 for this?? Can I move them as PSTs?
