HI ALL:
We are using E2K on W2k and a combination of Outlook 2000 and 2003.
I have set up seven conference rooms as resources and set the mail boxes up as MS suggested. All that works fine. The problem I have is that when I schedule a meeting for one of the conference rooms, the resource accepts the meeting and is posted on the mailbox calendar the way it should. I open up the resource’s calendar, it is there. So far, so good. Next, I set up another meeting for the same conference room for later the same day, and add it as a resource; it doesn’t show up as being scheduled for the previous meeting. This is on the “Scheduling” tab of the meeting invitation window. I have refreshed the “Free / Busy “ information, and have set all resources to publish “Free / Busy” at one minute intervals. What am I missing? Any and all suggestions are appreciated! Thanks in advanced.
