e2k can send email but not receive

I have done all the correct dns settings via my isp to get mail sent to my e2k server from the net. I can telnet the e2k server from both within the lan and from the net.

Internal users can send emails to each other within the server (mailbox to mailbox). Internal users can also send emails out to anyone on the net as well. But we cannot receive email.

When you try and send an email to a mailbox on the server you get a delivery failed message and Diagnostic-Code: smtp;551 relay from your IP is not authorised message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this...

telnet server 25
helo
mail from: dan@dan.com
rcpt to:user

Now it will append the e-mail for this user based upon the Default Policy. I bet it is incorrect. Dan
